Modify existing Hyperlinks

Hi,
We have 10,000+ PDF documents with lot of hyperlinks in between running text as "Yahoo Finance" pointing to "http://in.finance.yahoo.com".

We recently decided to modify this text to "Preferred Finance Partner" which should point to "finance.yahoo.com".

I was able to modify the link URL to "finance.yahoo.com" using the code posted in http://www.aspose.com/community/forums/thread/405581/changing-existing-hyperlinks-in-a-pdf.aspx, but I am not able to change the text to "Preferred Finance Partner" from "Yahoo Finance".

Request your valuable solution on this.
