Hi
When trying to convert a PDF file, created using Adobe PDF Maker, Aspose will crash or produce a empty file.
To reproduce the problem do this:
1) Install Office 2010/2013
2) Install Adobe Acrobat XI PRO, this will install a new Extension to the office suite.
3) Start Microsoft Outlook
4) Klick on a mail mesage and then click File then Save as Adobe PDF.
5) Try and convert the file to PDF/A using Aspose PDF.
Depending on the compabillity settings you have selected from the Adobe PDF/Settings menu, you will se different errors when converting the file to PDF/A.
If you selected PDF 1.3 - 1.7, Aspose will crash.
If you selected PDF 1.7 ADBE-3, Aspose will produce a empty file.
Is this a bug or is PDF -> PDF/A from Adobe PDF Maker documents unsupported?
Regards
