Initially when I saw the you had FloatingBox.HorizontalAlignment and VerticalAlignment, I assumed that it was referring to the alignment of the inner content, not the alignment of the Floating box relative to the page.
From the looks of it, your api currently doesn't have this functionality, so here's a feature request for such functionality.
