Unexplainable whitespace when generating PDF from HTML

We are using version 10.5.0 of ASPOSE.PDF to generate PDF's based on HTML. But in some PDF's we get unexplained whitespace between two lines of text. This is strange since the only thing between the two words is a space. As you can see in the twee attached examples:

I have also attached the generated PDF file and a visual studio solution used to generate said pdf.
