HTML to PDF word wrap creates a line that contains only a period

When converting an HTML file to create a PDF document using pdf .NET there are occasions where a word wrap occurs on the last word of a paragraph and will create a new line that contains only the punctuation.

Attached is an HTML file that will create a line that contains only a period on its own line (see line towards the bottom of page 288 line (c) ).
