PDF to Word Full Example Requested

I am trying to evaluate your PDF to Word Cloud API.  I would like to use it with an existing PHP program that currently creates PDFs to give the user additional options to display the document as a DOC or RTF so they can edit it.  This looks like it is exactly what I need.  I have spent some time searching the help but so far have not been able to successfully perform a conversion.  (I have created an account and generated a key, etc... but I am pretty sure I am missing something crucial somewhere in my code.)

Do you have a quick FULL PHP example of a PDF to Word conversion?
